Sign ups: 

  • Click Here to RSVP for the Fall Fun Festival happening Sat., Oct. 30th from 4-8p.m.
  • RSVPS are due a week prior, ie Saturday, Oct. 23rd.  This is a drop-in event, but hiking has a set start time (listed on the RSVP form).  The RSVP is to help us manage parking arrangements and food--bean soup, bottled water, and s'mores will be provided.  Games for children include creation bingo, limbo, plastic horseshoes, and corn hole.  You can also bring your own outdoor games.  PLEASE NOTE: this is being held in a mowed field, and you will need to walk 1.5 football field lengths across it OR let us know.  We can transport you in the backseat or bed of a truck.  If you have a 4 wheel drive vehicle, you can also drive directly across the field, as long as it is not wet.  Sue Ellen and Marilyn, the hosts, live in New Marshfield, approximately a 25 minute drive from Athens.  There is an outhouse near where the event is being held, and a half bath up at their home.
  • Baked Breakfast Goods are needed for a Bridge Campus Ministry breakfast giveaway happening in George's front yard from 8am-noon on Thursday, Oct. 28th.  Sweet bread and that sort of thing - please nothing that needs to be refrigerated.  Email the office if you are willing to donate some. Homemade or storebought are welcome but we need a full list of all ingredients for allergies.  We also ask that they be individually portioned either in saran wrap or baggies.  KB will make food labels for you if you provide the ingredients.  Items may be dropped at the church Mon-Wed between 9am-1pm or other arrangements can be made.  
  • Names for ALL Saints  Click here (or email the office if there is trouble) to give us names of those who have passed in the past year, i.e. from Nov. 1 2020 until now, and whom you would like to be recognized.

*We now require masks for all people over the age of 2, regardless of vaccination status, for our outside worship.  If you are unable to join us in person or are feeling ill, we invite you to join worship via the live stream.  During inclement weather, worship will be offered online only.
**If you are in need of a chair, or need assistance transporting a chair from your vehicle, please let the office know.  We are happy to help.
