Happy week after Thanksgiving.  Hope everyone was able to find something to be thankful for in this strange and busy season.  Church notes: 

  • Wednesday Night Prayer is now Advent Evening Prayer and is both in-person in the sanctuary and live-streamed, at the same time of 7pm, starting this Wednesday, Dec. 1st!  This means it will NOT be on Zoom, but WILL be available on all the same platforms as our normal Sunday service.  Here is the direct link for the YouTube feed: https://youtu.be/C-ruwMxGOmE
  • The Choir will go over evening prayer at 6:30pm in the sanctuary this Wednesday, Dec. 1, followed by evening prayer itself at 7pm, and then a general choir rehearsal at 7:30pm.  Please contact George Weckman at weckman@ohio.edu with questions about practices.  
  • Poinsettias are available again this year.   The cost is $7 per plant.   Please see last week's what's happening (Monday, November 22) or the December Chi Rho Newsletter page 2 for details on how to order or pay online.  Physical envelopes are available in the narthex and may be left in the offering plate on Sunday.
