The Bridge – Fall 2024, Week 3

Happy Week 3!
  

Join us this THURSDAY the 12^th (New day!) 5:30 to 7PM downstairs at the church for spaghetti night!  There will be gluten free and vegetarian options. Come for food and community!

Worship Sunday at 10AM. The Gospel lesson from Mark has Jesus telling the disciples to deny themselves and take up their cross to follow him. We’re gonna talk about what this might mean at our Thursday gathering.

After worship, Dr. Myrna Perez-Shelton from OU will lead a special presentation about Christian Nationalism and how it is a dark misunderstanding of what it means to be a Christian and follow Jesus. There will be refreshments if you would like to stay and participate. 

4PM on Sunday there will be an organ concert at the church.
