What's happening this week?
Bridge: 6pm, this Wed. March 16 in the Fellowship Hall
- Note the later time. We are hosting another college group this week as they happen to be on spring break and volunteering with Habitat for Humanity in our county. A church member is providing a homecooked meal for us (and she is aware of our dietary needs).
- Feel free to join us! No need to RSVP. This is just a fun and fellowship time - no set discussion and should wrap up by 7pm as Pr. Chad has to lead worship at 7.
Babysitting Opportunity: Sundays 1-5p.m.
- A local family who has four children (ages 7 down to 3) is looking for two people to babysit their children during this time block on Sunday. Must have a vehicle to get to their home or partner with someone who does. You do not have to commit to every Sunday, you could commit to one Sunday per month. Please contact Katie Beth if interested, and she can put you in touch with the family. They will likely want to contact references, so prior babysitting experience is a must.
Save the Dates
- Apr. 20 Wednesday Night Dinner and discussion at the Kuhres.
- Daylong Retreat TBD Stay tuned for our alternate retreat plans.
- Bonfire out at Katie Beth's - TBD. After all the other events are rescheduled, we will hold this one when there is time.
Pr. Chad is always happy to meet with you one on one for coffee or a virtual visit. Simply click "request appointment" on the church website to schedule a time with him: https://www.clcathens.org/
